Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Truck Driver at Braam Recycling, you will play a crucial role in transporting construction materials and waste to and from various sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safe and timely delivery of materials, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and adhering to all relevant safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a truck to transport materials and waste.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of materials to and from designated locations.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform regular maintenance checks.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including those related to hazardous materials.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid truck driving license (Class C or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in the recycling or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to operate and maintain a truck in excellent condition.
• Good physical condition and ability to handle heavy materials.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
